A researcher in North Sweden has created a method to manufacture a salt substitute tasting only like salt. The researcher would like to license the manufacturing method to selected partners in Europe. He has started his own company where he can produce the salt substitute in small quantities. The salt substitute can be used in all types of food to reduce or replace the sodium (table salt). Overconsuming sodium results in many health problems including obesity and heart problems..
