* Process to remove the bitterness of noni juice, while preserving health properties
A French research laboratory has developed a process enabling to remove the bitterness of noni juice, while preserving the entire potential of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The production of noni juice is allowed by pressing after enzymatic treatment. Companies or technical entities dealing with fruit juice, food supplement or intermediary products are sought fort technical cooperation or license agreement.
