Tempermeter for supervision of tempering (pre-crystallization) of chocolate
A French company proposes a machine to chocolate manufacturers enabling a successful cooling down of chocolate. The machine is easily adaptable to other equipments and can be integrated in line (automatic version). The company is looking for industrial partners as end-users or companies willing to integrate such a tempermeter in their own line. Cooperation could be studied too with machines manufacturers willing to extend their range of products.
